Creating an Email Account

If your website is hosted on one of our Plesk-powered servers, you can create and manage email address at your domain by using the hosting control panel. To proceed you will need three pieces of information:

• The URL of your hosting control panel (most likely https://www.yourwebsite.co.uk:8443/ where yourwebsite.co.uk is the domain of your website)
• Your hosting control panel username
• Your hosting control panel password

If you do not know your username and/or password, please contact the person who manages your hosting and they will be able to find or reset them for you.

1. Go to your hosting control panel URL and log in using your username and password.
2. On the left, click "Domains".
3. In the list that appears, click the domain at which you would like to set up an email address.
4. Under the "Services" heading, click the "Mail" icon.
5. Click "Add New Mail Account".
6. Enter your desired name and password, making certain that the "Mailbox" checkbox is ticked, then click "Ok".
